We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $500, and an administrative fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

Our screening guidelines include credit history, criminal history, income qualification, and rental/address qualification. For detailed qualifications, click here. We currently do not participate in the voluntary Section 8 Voucher program.

Typical lease terms are 3-15 months.

Residents are responsible for heat, electricity, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Internet = $60 per month. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

Reserved parking in our heated underground garage is available for $100 a month for the first parking spot, $125 for a second spot, or $175 for a tandem spot. EV charging parking spots are available as well, for an additional $50/month. 

We are a 100% smoke-free community

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
